Dennis A. Saucier

Dennis Saucier has spent nearly four decades ministering to people in uniform. He served 26 years as an Air Force chaplain, rising from Protestant Chaplain to Wing Chaplain and deploying for Operations Deny Flight, Northern Watch, and Iraqi Freedom. He also served as Senior Chaplain for Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations at Dover AFB, where America's fallen return home. He retired as a lieutenant colonel in 2014.
Retirement didn't end the calling. For six years he led spiritual-resiliency retreats and workshops for military members and their families through the Navy's CREDO program in Groton, Connecticut. Since 2016 he has directed AMEN, guiding a network of more than 150 contacts who connect military Christians with local congregations, and training church leaders to welcome and care for those who serve.
Dennis holds a B.S. in Bible from the White's Ferry Road School of Biblical Studies, the church that first sponsored AMEN, and a Master of Divinity from Abilene Christian University. He and his wife, Diane, have twin sons, Jacob and John.
